Mayuri JoshiMom of a 7 yr 8 m old girl5 years agoA. Hey mamma Yes you can eat chocolate while breast feeding but in very very restrictive amounts Once in 15 days is alright Avoid eating more frequently than that Take care

Neelam ChinnappaMom of 2 children5 years agoA. there are no diet restrictions for a breastfeeding mommy. just make sure you eat everything in moderation. if there is any obvious discomfort for your baby you can stop.
