A. you need to build good immunity for your child by giving balanced diet includiij ng all nutrients can also give multivitamins and vitamin c supplements all fruits most importantly to stay safe at hom. .

A. yes definitely they can recover fully and completely but it will take some time you have to be patient make sure that you give light food which can be easily digested by the child for the coming couple of days
