ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist7 years agoA. What's the dosage that your taking and how many times in a day? Diclofenac is compatible with breastfeeding and rarely it causes any side effects. As long as your physician have been informed that you are still Breastfeeding and the dosage prescribed is within the limits, there is no need to worry.
