No problem to baby
Yes u can take anything which u like except extreme spicy and extreme sweet food items
Take proper balanced diet
You should require 550 kcal more than normal non lactating mother
Hence take all types of food item eat all types of fruits and fruit juices including seasonal Fruits also.
Eat all green vegetables in diet
Drink plenty of water

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy6 years agoA. hello sour based foods whole breastfeeding is usually advised to avoid on the diet.. now since baby is 4 months hoy can slowly try to include it in the diet and see .. if baby is not ok then wait some.more time
