can breastfeeding 7 month old mom can put covid vaccination.. since I am working mom so confused pls do suggest...

A. yes definitely no problem at al in it.. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stressCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

A. Yes you can take now govt. said lactation mother also can take covid vaccine it's safe

A. Hi parent No. As per current guidelines lactating mothers are not supposed to take the said vaccination You may verify it from your physician as well Take sunbath daily Take lots of vitamin C Take nutritious diet Take care
