ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist6 years agoA. yes, dear mum, as a breastfeeding mother you can surely eat sweet corn. what you eat does not affect baby digestion or cause cold and cough to baby. have a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups.

Yes sure a little. if your breastfeeding you should avoid having chocolate, spices,caffeine, citrus fruits and their juices, Avoid gassy foods too like cabbage cauliflower as it will trigger baby. Ensure not to add not much oil and spice. Avoid green tea and other heat foods. Avoud cold foods
