Hello mam, yes a breastfeeding mom can eat pineapple A nursing mother should have balanced and nutritious diet Include ajwain, saunf, jeera , flaxseed,seasame seeds, daliya with milk and jaggery; oats, milk and milk products , all fresh fruits and vegetables in the diet as they help in milk production
