Can apple sauce or apple juice cause constipation? Need help.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. Hello and good afternoon. Yes apple can cause constipation. Pleas avoid it if your baby is already suffering from it. You can give fiber rich foods like pear pumpkin plum papaya instead. Also avoid banana and curd rice
