ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. Hello, yes you can give apple puree..Better to avoid giving banana, curd, citrus fruit and fruit juice during cough and cold.. Give home made simple soft diet.. You can also give warm soups like Daal soup, vegetables soups. Add a pinch of turmaric in his or her feed as it has antibecterial and anti viral property. maintain hygein.
