Q.
can apple and sweet potato mix puree given to baby?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist7 years agoA. it is better not to mix. let baby develop the taste for individual food. this will ensure that baby will appreciate variety of fruit and vegetables in their original flavor. so chances of fussy eating behaviour in future will reduce. however give variety of fruits and vegetables at different times.

s madaanMom of a 10 yr 3 m old girl7 years agoA. yes definitely you can give it to give a mix of these two two year baby there is no harm in giving the mix of apple and sweet potato puree just make sure that the quantity of the Apple should not be more than half and sweet potato is also in the same quantity
