Can anyone tell me what this is?it is just on one hand,it's watery but painless..any cream to treat this

Water warts can be commonly seen with a lot of kids it is painless so as of now don’t apply anything it is going to settle down on its own only within 3 to 5 days and if it is not good then in that case you can consult your doctor for further assistance
