can anyone tell me what is this... only on her legs ...little itching is there.

A. use derma dew soap for skin infection and give cetrizine syrup for reducing the itching

A. some allergy it seems .. see the dr. maintain hygiene use lacto calamine lotion or candid cream or candid powder.. on rashes.. take care.. u may take homopathic medicine fr the same...
