can anyone tell me that can we take centrum multivitamin table for 30 + women without consulting a doctor is it safe????

It’s a multivitamin which you can easily take but don’t take it on a regular basis take it for a month or so and then stop taking it take a break and then you can start with it after three or four months if you take It for a smaller duration then it is not a problem but it is always good to consult the doctor first
