Hello mom the baby can be given a mix of semi solids and liquid consistency foods, you can give 2 to 3 Main meals and 1 to 2 time snacks as well , you can offer steamed vegetables or soups or fresh fruit juices or purée , porridge made with ragi , suji or multigrain.
