Q.
Can anyone pls tel me .. can I introduce my 1 year old, cow milk or should I continue using formula , if yes , which formula is best? I’m looking for a formula which has no palm oil and no vanila flavoring.. I don’t know why some reputed brand add vanila flavoring in their formula for stage 3 kids (from 12 months)

Of course you can start with animal milk or full cream packet milk whatever you prefer if you don’t want to give formula to the child so these are the options you can go for packet milk full cream packet milk and you can go for any good vendor with cow buffalo milk
