can anyone help me with my son stool problem. it's been 10days and he has not passed stool.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very commont and more in formula fed babies. you can give bonnisan dropys and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age
