It seems to be fairly positive as sample might not be adequate or taken not properly for test so you can repeat with early morning sample and midstream or if more than a week of missed period you can consult with gynecologist as it 'll confirm with transvaginal USG

It is advisable to check with your doctor once in this matter and clarify your concerns. There are chances that you might be pregnant.
