Can anyone call please tell me home remedies for constipation problem my baby is 2 & half year old she’s having dis problem from past 3 months we r giving duphalac tonic at night time it’s not working though any food or drinks dat can solve my problem plzz share

Start giving two prunes daily and a fibre rich fruits abd vegetables like pear papaya prunes figs apricots soaked raisins and green leafy vegetables especially spinach shouldbe given and increase her water in taste and make her sit in warm water tub while bathing to relax anal sphincters and apply coconut oil around anus before passing motion
