A. you can try lactonic milk powder it's good and use cumin seeds and include protein rich food in your diet

A. you can use lactate tablets, I used them personally. but give break for 2 days and then continue. also increase your intake of water. also you can consume hing (un processed) daily twice to increase breast milk
