Yes you can go for Darbar Honitus that’s completely Ayurvedic and safest option to go for three years old almost you can go ahead with giving 2.5 ML twice a day to the child for a minimum of three days this is going to be quite helpful and don’t give any water on top of that would at least 40 minutes
