Can add mixed nuts powder in babies food if it hw mch has to add??? whts the health benefits to babies

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. hello..yes you can give dry fruits and nuts to your baby...you can make a power of it and can add in each preparation.. one tsf is enough. Nuts needs to be tested individually before powdering and offering together. When you try the first time, offer it in the first half of the day and look out for allergies like rashes, itching, redness, loosies, etc. Please Check with your pediatrician in case of such allergies.
