Can a mother eat cake while breastfeeding ?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist8 years agoA. yes you can eat cake. breast milk is made from mother's blood and composition of blood and breast milk remains unchanged irrespective of what mother eats. however mother to take a balanced diet and so cake should be an occasional treat
