have plenty of water or fluid intake, lods Of green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, dry fruits n nuts, milk n milk products , good source of proteins like eggs, all pulses, dals.

Yes you can go for it it is totally safe to use any products while being a lactating mother so you should not worry about it at all and continue using it. Rather than this for your baby you should go for Babyhug baby products it is one of the best brand in babies products
