can a birthmark be of this color? just lighter than normal skin color but not white?

A. yes it can be, best check with the doc. my daughter too have it, doc examined it's a birthmark

A. Usually birth marks are dark in color and I think it's not a birth mark and it may be some condition of skin,do observe it carefully and if its size grows bigger then it's a matter of concern and you should consult your pediatrician.
