Mallika VermaMom of a 9 yr old boy8 years agoA. no exclusive breastfeeding upto 6 months....however u may ask ur pediatrician coz sometimes doctors recommend to start weaning foods before the start of 6th month depending upon the overall weight and growth of the baby...bt even den dnt give packaged foods such as cerelac to baby...try home made food....
