can 1 or 2 months babies can be given castor oil to their stomatch I mean can make them drink castor oil ? is that safe or any side effects are there ?

A. one of my neighbors are doing this I wonder why they do ?? what could be the effects of giving castor oil to little ones

A. hi, castor oil is not at all recommended for babies as it has some poisonous properties..

A. 1 or 2 months baby should not be drinking anything apart from breastmilk or formula milk, leave aside castor oil. Exclusively breastfeed or formula feed the child till six months
