Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 11 m old girl2 days agoA. 6 hours is the minimum gap that u can give it as this is with any basic paracetamol tot eh child within every six hours after taking the temperature and then if h see that there is a need then u can give the medication tot eh child
