Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a prodeper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. 2 Well you can give as of now and you can repeat the dosage again after six hours if it is needed to go for always remember the two dosages need to have a gap of six hours minimum and the correct dosage like us it is going to be 2ML at one point of time
