Q.

calcium, multi vitamin and iron tab required for me I am a breastfeeding mother

A. hello dear, yes, you should continue calcium supplement .. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dried fruits, fresh fruits band vegetables,like methi, carrot,garlic, Bottle Gourds, Whole Grains Sprouted spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds. And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.

A. Yes you can take upto 1 yr of delivery. however you can discontinue Iron if you are having gas problem.

A. Hi mommy Yes you can take Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk Maintain hydration Maintain hygiene Burp well after every feeding Try to keep head up position while feeding Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
