Q.

C section me stitches ki recovery kab tak hoti hai Jan me delivery hui thi March me pas par gaya tha Wo to thik ho gaya Waise to pain nahi hota par Dabane pe pain. Hota hai Plz tell ander koi problem to nahi hai

A. see if there is no pain, no fever and no pus or water discharge then stitches are ok try not to do any tummy exercise and wat a high protein diet

A. Depends on person's body, stitches ke scar theek hone mein 3 months tak lag sakte hain. Isse touch karne se little pain hoga, but nishan poori tarah se jaane mein 6 months se 1 year bhi lag sakta hai. Aap usme coconut oil gently rub kar sakte hain.
