Q.

C section delivery ko 2 and half months ho gye h. Back me peeth pr bahut pain h.farsh pr baithne me knees and heels me bhi bda pain hota h. Kya kru?

A. Back pain after delivery is quite common problem  .. it is due to stretching of abdominal muscle in pregnancy  .. so u need to strengthen your abdominal and back muscle by doing exercises  .. start with brisk walk  ... u can do yoga acc to ur comfort level

A. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Be conscious while taking in carbohydrates and sugars. Eat more protein and fibre rich foods. Be physically active as much as possible. If the problem is severe better consult your doctor for further advice.
