By mistake I've given formula milk that was prepared three hours earlier to my 4 month baby. will this be harmful?

A. hi formula should be given within one hour of its preparation. but as you have already given this , please observe your child for next 48 hours too if there is discomfort like irritability, low appetite, vomiting , diaherra , frequent stomach pain etc too then please visit your pediatrician immediately.
