avoid packed powders. you can add crushed dryfruits, soaked dates, gulkand for making nutritious milkshakes.
you can give curd , buttermilk that is other dairy products if child doesn't like milk much.

A2 Desi cow milk is very helpful
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Don't use RO water
Biscuits should be avoided n
packaged and processed food shouldbe avoided
