Child maybe having worms in the tummy which is why when the child goes to sleep grinding of teeth is there so you can check with the doctor and start giving deworming medication it’s mostly given in two batches with a gap of 14 days and then you can repeat it again after six months but just check with your doctor which is going to be the best one for you to give
