Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 8 m old boy5 years agoA. Hello good afternoon !! Need to consult Gynaecologist because physical examination is better in your case. Brown or red discharge or spotting happens in initial months but as you are in second trimester must be concerned so consulting Gynaecologist is best and avoid weight lifting, heavy works, exercises , straining a lot also cause spotting.
