Hello mom you need to be mindful and have small meals at regular intervals preferably before baby feed time , you can take foods such as garlic , panjiri , oats, milk , dry fruits , drumstick, fenugreek leaves ,jeera , ajwain or saunf water would be good as well too avoid very oily C refined and spiced foods

avoid spicy and oily food.
