A. Make your breasts less available for nursing. Stop wearing nursing clothing such as nursing bras and tops with nursing slits. Shorten each breastfeeding session before stopping it completely. Postpone breastfeeding sessions and Substitute food, drinks, or comfort for breastfeeding. Distract your toddler. Stopping gradually will also help prevent problems like overfull, hard (engorged) breasts and mastitis.

A. Introduce a complimentary feeding with which you would want to continue with and slowly trying to withdraw your breast feeding by giving more of complimentary feeding and reducing down onto your breast feeding is actually the correct way to go ahead with quitting the feeling
