Q.

breasts are getting hard. baby boy is unable to suck the milk. how to make it smooth and free flow of milk? what care to be taken? what excercise to be done?

A. Dear Mamma, please feed every two hours or earlier till baby reaches birth weight after that feed in demand. Please hand express till you feel comfortable. You can use that to feed the baby. Please stop taking any galactagogue if any.
