Neha PednekarMom of a 3 yr 7 m old girl3 years agoA. Try this superfoods every day 1. drink milk with 2 teaspoon shatavari powder two times a day ( morning and night? 2. Drink Fenugreek tea .( don't throw away Fenugreek seeds from tea) eat them (at around 4 pm) 3. Eat tender coconut around 11 am
