ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist6 years agoA. hello dear good evening if you want to smoke and there is no need to breastfeed your baby you can definitely smoke if you prefer try to improve formula milk for your baby it is always that we give best to our babies so giving best will be if you stay away from alcohol and smoking when you are pregnant and even when you are breastfeeding

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children6 years agoA. Do not breast feed baby if mothers smoke. Cigarette contains nicotine which is toxic and it will pass to the baby while breastfeeding. Either quit smoking or quit breastfeeding.
