boy baby age 1year 7 months ....weight 10.5 kg ....fever and diarrhea for the past three days p120 -5 ml is given .....fever not reduced ....I think may be possible for stomach infection....for stomach infection what medicine shall I give....pls refer some medicine for stomach infection with proper dosage

examination is needed by the doctor for need of antibiotics.
can give probiotics like econorm / sporolac / enterogermina one to two times as per dr's recommendations.
give easily digestible food.
ors to be given if loose mxotion is in more quantity to prevent dehydration and ensure adequate glucose level in the body.
for vomizting give syp emeset / ondem / vomikind 5ml.
do not give milk
