Q.

Both of my girls have ADHD .. They never take no for an answer .. don't talk .. they shout and cry when their demands are not fulfilled. any advice

A. Hello.. Say no in some other ways like wait until i count to 20, if ur girls starts crying u raise your voice but just do counting no other commands, if they stop shouting n screaming lower your voice then give them what they want saying you waited till i counted that's why I am giving you this. whenever they are out of control start counting 1-30/40/50 in louder voice, louder than their screams. thisone do help in controlling their hyperness. meanwhile dont give them any eye contact, when u give the things then only look at them i hope this might help you

A. The only key to deal with this kind of kids is lots of patience.. talk to him very politely try to give valid reason to your child do not give him command try to involve him more and more physical activity so that he can get tired and do not do Mischief also do not give every time whatever he wants otherwise it will become his habit rather than giving punishment to give him rewards whenever he do something appreciating try to divert his attention whenever he is being stubborn Listen to him make him feel special don't shout
