Q.

both my children are having cough and cold. elder one is snoring while sleeping.and the younger one has a stuffy nose so doesn't wanna pay on bed just want my lap.what to do? how to help my elder with snoring?

A. snoring in children occurs due to nasal blockage or it might be due to upper respiratory tr a aact blockage. what you can do is give n nasal saline drops every three hourly or go for steam inhalation and if it is still not improving then meet your daughter
