boiled egg or omelette which is good? my kids doesn't like boiled eggs, they eat only white and leave the yellow one.bit they love omelettes. I use ghee to make the omelette instead of cooking oil. Is this healthy for kids. please suggest?

A. hello Mommy! as long as the egg is going inside your baby's tummy it doesn't really matters which form it is. children at this stage have their preferences and we as parents try our best to accommodate them as long as they are eating healthy
