Q.

blood streaks in 3 months baby stool..baby is quite happy wen passing stool and urine...but wat causing it..doc gave me z and d ds powder..but the same thing again...can any 1 plz help me wid this issue.. doc said me its and undigested milk nothing to worry but on each diaper there is blood streaks

A. Hello Mama, Do you by any chance have a cut on your nipples due to Breastfeeding? Is the baby straining while passing stools? You may try to reduce your dairy in take for a while and see if it makes a difference.

A. No these don't cause blood streaks but the colour of the drops causes a bit reddish stool or like the one seen in your baby's stool. It might not be blood blood but the colour if the drops

A. iam giving vitamin d3 oral,tonoferon,and calcimax suspension...doc asked me to give for 1 year...does any of this cause blood streaks in stool

A. Are you giving multi vitamin drops or any other drops? This looks normal though better to do a stool test if it is really blood.. Or else you can take a second opinion from a different doctor in person to be sure about it
