A. can be due to dehydration and lack of fibre diet. offer fibre rich diet as khichdi dalia oats etc with added fruits and vegetables in form of purees . .

A. hi if Child is passing stool with blood ,it is better to consult your pediatrician. but also check as the spot might be reaction to food too.
