Black chana is healthy or harmful in 8 month pregancy?

A. It is healthy but they take time to digest and also chew it properly, eat in lunch and avoid in dinner. Eat light and easily digestible foods at night, always walk 100 steps after meals. Eat healthy and nutritious diet

A. no it's not harmful at all its iron rich and good for pregnancy also you can definitely eat it. have never heard anything negative about Black chickpea even I used to take it in my whole pregnancy even after delivery
