Bilal ke 11 months baad mujhe period aaya but one month ke baad second time nahi aaya pregnancy test bhi Kiya but negative h ab kya kare

Then you can wait for 10 days more for your periods to come naturally even if after that ,no periods then you can take medications for your periods to come. consult

It could be just hormonal imbalance which is very common with Women after their delivery when they resume with the periods for initial six months it can be little abnormal so if the pregnancy test is negative kindly consult the doctor they will help you with medication to regularise your period cycle
