ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist5 years agoA. No. cavities will only stop growing in the particular tooth when the cavity is filled. Please visit a pedodontist and get all the cavities filled. Brush with a grain size of kids fluoridated toothpaste to prevent further cavities. avoid Night feed, and sticky food like chocolate chips and biscuits

Rather than this you should consult your dentist about it. So doctor can advise you some medicines to get better relief from cavity. The time use Sensodyne toothpaste.
