This is the right is actually buy the age of 10 months completion you can introduce chicken fish and basic fish to the child which is easy for the child to digest food eat mutton and red meat can be given by the age of 2 1/half to three years and other seafood can be introduced by the age of one and a half two years depending upon the comfort
